- A) CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
- 1) For LL.B. First SEMESTER
- Persons who have passed Higher Secondary School Exam. (12th Standard) of any faculty with English or an Examination recognised and equivalent thereto and have obtained 45% Marks in aggregate (Relaxable upto 5% in case of students of the Schedule Cast & Schedule Tribes only) provided candidate having less than 45% marks in aggregate but not less than 40% marks at the 12th Std. Exam, shall be eligible for admission after he/she has quaiified on securing minimum 50% aggregate marks in the entrance test conducted by the Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati.
- Admission of a student to the above course shall be on the basis of merit.
- The minimum percentage of marks required in the qualifying Examination for admission in the above course should be 45% and for SC/ST 40%.
- Preference in all respect will be given to the students of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati.
